I was told I could use Diet-Lite Vanilla Creme (no other falvours tho) - that is the one in the GREEN container. It just has a bit more oomph that the plain natural.

I use that also Pattie, although I have always loved plain yoghurt, I do enjoy the sweeter taste of the vanilla one now. Compensates for the lack of sweet food I think!!

I use Yoplait Diet Of all the SS "rules", the yoghurt for me is the hardest, I never have liked it, so I am slowly working my way around the yoghurt department trying all the brands I am "allowed" to. And my conclusion so far is... I am really not a big fan of yoghurt. I will keep trying though, as losing this weight I have been carrying around since my Tess was born is driving me a wee bit crazy... I guess that is another topic right. Will keep a watch out for other yoghurt suggestions and keep trying them... Happy losses to you all. Ren

I LOVE the cyclops one - I'm not entirely sure its legal & I'm too scared to ask. I seem to be losing weight on it, so as long as that continues I'll be consuming it.
I used to make my own yoghurt - until TillyMint voiced that which I subconsciously knew but had been afraid to tell myself - it has the consistency & taste of snot. Since then, Cyclops its been :D

I was originally scanning all the labels at the supermarket on the yoghurt. However I make my own in a yoghurt maker using the plain Greek. This is absolutely beautiful thick and creamy. I have continued to have large losses throughout my weightloss journey.

I have been getting the weight watchers natural yoghurt and adding xylitol sweetener and a few drops of vanilla, does the trick for me.

I tried Anlene strawberry at one point and it was truly yummy...definitely not SureSlim though as it was packed with sugar (sadness). I wish they'd come out with a sugar-free variety.

I too have been having WW yoghurt without any additives (sp) just my apple and Kiwi fruit. Mary

Personally I can't stand the WW yoghurt, it feels too processed for me.

Yoplait Diet Lite Vanilla Creme all the way
compared to alot of natural yoghurts it's got some pretty good stats! and tastes great to boot

I use Yoplait yoghurt called Yoplus Trim. It is lovely and creamy and has the heart tick.
I use it with 1 fruit allowance for breakfast.

I used to eat only Yoplait: yoplus trim, but since reading this forum I've tired yoplait dietlite vanilla... and it is so beautiful. It also comes in smaller containers which are easy to take to work when I'm on the run. I use about a Tablespoon of splenda in the trim cause it is pretty sour for me, and I usually put a tbs of psyllium husk, 2tbs grinded up flax seed, and sometime pumpkin and sunflower seed in. Makes the yoghurt seem more substantial. I love to have yoghurt with a SS "apple crumble", just like apple pie and ice cream! (not exaclty, but i try to brainwash myself).
good luck with the yoghurt!

wow my best friend who is the marketing manager at yoplait will be happy to read these posts! when i saw her a few weeks ago i suggested that they produce some low-carb options for us in different flavours and she is working on it. what a cool job thinking up new yoghurt flavours.
