Breakfast smoothie with green tea This recipe for Blueberry and Greentea Smoothie is very similar to the one I make for my SS breakfast. The green tea is a definite improvement!
And here is all my smoothie making equipment! Blender, Easiyo yogurt maker (and I use the Greek style yogurt), frozen blueberries (or fresh fruit, this one is half mango, half frozen blueberries), sunflower, pumpkin and linseed and a coffee grinder to grind the seeds. I only use this coffee grinder for my seeds and I even have a pastry brush that only gets used in the grinder. If you try to wash the grinder, you end up with a very sticky mess!
Remember, organisation is the key! I have all these things sitting out ready to use every morning. Well, yogurt in the fridge, blueberries in the freezer - but you know what I mean! Hope this helps someone getting started - and that includes me! :lol:

It looks very nice f00die...and very easy to make! half mango and half berry would suit me to a T :P will definately try this recipe, although i am not one for grinding my seeds....i would leave them out! thanks :D
