Chicken Satay Chicken Satay ( the SureSlim way)
Use your portions as per your programme, then flavour to taste
Chicken breast
Courgettes
Cabbage
Chilli
Garlic
Ginger
Tahini
Tamari
Sureslim Chilli Sauce
Flaxseed Meal
Stir-fry chicken with chilli, garlic, ginger.
Add courgettes and cabbage.
Mix together tahini, tamari and SureSlim chilli sauce then toss through chicken and veges.
Take off heat and add linseed meal.
Now - my variations on the recipe.
Replace courgettes with capsicum (red looks nice) - meal tasted nicer with capsicum. Approx 2/3 of veg portion capsicum, 1/3 courgette.
I found 1 tablespoon of flaxseed was sufficient to thicken this, consultant told me she had omitted it altogether and was still good.
If you don't have Ss Chilli Sauce, mix a quantity (your taste buds can handle) of crushed chillli from a jar with 2 tablespoons of water.
