curried egg sandwiches
I have been craving curried egg sandwiches for weeks now but couldnt get around the mayo till now. Boil your eggs peel and mash your eggs with your avo alowance add a tiny bit of salt and some curry powder chuck some salad on a mountain bread add the eggy stuff and enjoy! Its really yummy.

When I do mine, i add my daily flax seed oil allowance instead of the avocado - then salt, pepper and curry powder and I don't miss the mayo at all :) It's great on fresh Burghen Rye bread if you're allowed that . Mmmm I think I know what's for lunch tomorrow!!

I make this with aoli, coz then I get to have mayo as well. The recipe is in the SS cook book
