GOT MILK ???
Hi guys I have just bought SS cereal Heard somewhere along the traps that you are meant to have whole milk not skim on SS Can someone please clarify this for me:)

Correct. When I was told that by my consultant it just didn't seem right, after all those years of haveing the low-fat varieties. but yes, whole milk it is. Elle

You can also have yogurt with it as well. I have my cereal, a chopped up kiwifruit and half my yogurt allowance. It is very filling and yummy.

Thanks for that guys The cereal will definately make a nice quick breakfast for those mornings where time is of the essence ALSO,, i think i saw somewhere that you can heat the cereal in winter for a warming meal? has anyone tried this?? Thanks;)

I always use 1/2 my yoghurt allowance with my fruit and cereal. Its delicious, quick easy and filling. :D
