Well, just to throw you all into a panic  I asked my consultant (who was the manager of Lower Hutt SS) about the yoghurt. I asked her why i could have full cream milk on my cereal but had to have low fat yoghurt. She said that if I was continuing to lose on the programme and was having the Greek yoghurt, then to continue with what I was having. SO< I have the Yoplait Greek-style yoghurt. I have read the back of the packet and this is what it says: Yoplait Greek style natural creamy yoghurt. Vegetarian society approved. Serving size:100g Energy: 601kj(143 calories) Protein: 5.7g Fat,total: 10.0g Saturated:6.5g Carbohydrate total:7.9g Sugars: 7.9g Sodium 77mg Calcium: 202mh (25%RD!)-reccommended daily intake.
Ingredients: Skim milk, milk solids (non-fat) cream, live yoghurt culture. I have 200g of this every morning and a peice of fresh fruit. I have lost 3.4 kg's in nearly two weeks,so I know that it does me no harm. I dont like artificially sweetened "lite" yoghurts.
