HELP PLS. Freezing yoghurt?
Hello hello! I decided to buy a few 1kg tubs of yoghurt while they were on special. Put them straight into the freezer but found when defrosted... it goes all funny! Watery.. a little lumpy.. ick! Is there any way of avoiding this please? TIA... xox :)
