Home-made biopots you know those expensive little pots of oats, sweet fruit compot and yoghurt that you get at your local starbucks, pret a manger, coffee culture..... ell this is the SS version and i must say it's even more yummy, it's certainly brightened my breakfasts!
this reciepe is to me made the night before.
you will need:-
your whole fruit allowance.
your yoghurt allowance
your seed and flax allowance
sweetener to taste
2 tsp tahini
heat up your fruit allowance with some swettener to taste. you can use any soft fruits you want. berry fruits work best (i like using strawberries) but you could use others like apples and add a tsp of cinnomon to taste.
put the heated fruit mixture into a small pot ( i put them in 2 small ramakins, because it looks like there's more and looks quite chic too, lol)
blitz your seeds, flax and tahini with some sweetener untill it starts to stick together and feels waxy to the touch and pack it in on top of the fruit mixture and squidge it down to compact it.
put your yoghurt on top of the seeds and put into the fridge and chill overnight. this is such a good breakfast. it tastes like cheesecake. i cannot rave about this enough! the seeds are so moist, it tastes like cheesecake base! try this reciepe, let me know what you think.
