Leek and cauli soup
I made this a few todays ago. it was very yummy and if u imagine hard enough its like potato and leek soup. Saute some washed and 1 chopped leek ( and onion if u have it handy) and garlic add 3/4 of a head cauli florets and either 1 litre of water or 1 litre of stock, I used vegetable chicken style stock but we arent allowed stock here so I should really have used home made vegie water. simmer untill the cauli falls apart easily and then blend blend blend.. Its goes creamy and yummi, its simple but i found it devine
