olive oil cooking spray??
Hi guys Am new and just about to start Am wondering whether cooking oil spray is allowed to cook meat, vegies etc? Thanks:)

Hi Crispy, my clinic encouraged me to use oilspray (which i did already anyway)they said not to count it in the oil allowance as you use so little, not sure what other clinics say, i'll be interested to find out myself. cheers Mez

Most definately...couldnt live without it either :D

Ditto - we are encouraged to use it for cooking. for a brief, glorious while a local retailer here did an extra virgin olive oil spray that was to die for. But they ran into supply problems and have it no longer. The spray oil stuff they sell in the clinic is so-so; am experimenting with "do it yourself" oil spritzers -- if anyone finds one that really works, please le me know!
