Poo Soup !
Yes, that's right, Poo Soup. Well, that's what I call it. You may not consider it a culinary masterpiece, but it works! Aside from being another way of eating seeds, it's very filling and can get things moving, if you know what I mean.... I make about 6 servings of the base soup and freeze in portions, ready to reheat and eat. Below is the recipe for one serve. Poo Soup 1 x Lunch quantity of Cauliflower and Mushrooms (I use 4:1 cauliflower to mushroom) About 300ml stock - whatever you think (I use Low salt Massel Chicken stock cubes which are vegetarian, but Herbamare works okay too) (You could also include onion, or a little pure onion powder if you're not that strict.) 1 x Portion of low fat cream cheese 1 x Tbls olive oil Method Boil cauliflower in stock until tender. While that's boiling, gently wilt the mushroom with a little of the stock water in a non stick frypan. Pour cauliflower including stock water and mushrooms into a blender and blend (no, it's not the most attractive colour). Add the cream cheese to the blender and blend again. Put soup in bowl. (I freeze into portions at this stage.) Stir in one tablespoon of olive oil. Grind daily seed portions (all seeds) and add to soup. Stir it up quickly. Add a little more water if necessary, and ground black pepper to taste. Important Notes If you freeze the base soup with the cream cheese in it as I do, reheat it gently in the microwave so the cheese doesn't separate. To retain maximum nutrition, only add the oil and ground seeds AFTER you've heated the base soup. If you make several portions and you have different size containers, I weigh the finished soup. e.g. If I made enough for 6 serves, I put each container on the scale and zero it out, then fill with soup. That way I know I've got the exact portion size in each container. When I need to 'get things moving' so to speak, I have this soup for dinner (Category B), followed by an apple. Then I have a mango smoothy with ground seeds and olive oil in it for breakfast the next morning. I hope this helps those that need it :D Jane

(no, it's not the most attractive colour).    I don't imagine that it would be! Bet it tastes great though. Very clever of you to have a double meaning to the name. It's something I always struggle with when I go hard out on SS. I'll give it a go.
