Sugar free strepsils/difflan...how do they affect weight?
Hi guys Unfortunately i have come down with the dreaded lurgy,,, sore throat, headachy, cough etc etc Am determined not to let it de rail my SS focus BUTTTTTT have to admit i do feel like crap Wanted to know your experience taking these things if it caused a gain or something? THanks;) cough cough, splutter splutter

Shouldn't make any difference keep up with the fluids and concentrate on getting better. Bodies tend to hang on to weight in times of stress - like illness but quickly sort themselves out once you are better.
