Sweet Potato
Hello ! I was just checking on the SS Website, and it has Sweet Potato down as a super food - makes me think that this is now on the new plans??? I have 2 plans from SS - first one from 2004 - No sweet potato, Plan from Early 2007 - Sweet potato in the "easing in period" only. Can anyone confirm from any new plans?

i got my plan in august and sweet potato was for the easing in period only. but nuts to that, i still eat it everyday :D

Sweet potato is in some plans when they start, as it has to do with the results of your blood work. Lady bird

What is this "easing in" portion? I have never heard of this...

LOL Outrageous....I still eat it every other day...and it hasnt affected my weight loss...
